Join us for an evening of fine British produce to begin your festive celebrations with a tasting menu created by guest chef Mark Hix. Guests will enjoy a five-course menu with an optional wine pairing from £110 per person. Dishes include a truffle studded rooster and Christmas pavlova with Temperley cherries.

Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix is known for his original take on British gastronomy and his love of foraging. He has also written extensively about his passion for wild food in his cookbooks and weekly Telegraph column. Mark has created a menu featuring the best seasonal, wild and foraged food and will spend time with guests throughout the evening in the Wine Bar sharing a foraging tale or two.
